NOTICE OF f~.~.~U/ON FOR ~HE ~9RK
R~{EREAS, the construction of Etiwanda Avenue between Highland Avenue
and Summit Avenue has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
~{~EAS, a Notice of C~,~letion is requi~-ed to be filed, certifying
the work oumplete.
NOW, ~H~EFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby acoepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~npletion with the County P~corder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1992.
