FOR ~ 88-19 AND ~ZING THE FTT.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
V~EAS, the construction of public ~ements for MDR 88-19 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the w~rk complete.
NOW, ~, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
b~eby resolves, that the work is hereby acc~ and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~npletion with the <~unty Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPI~D this 6th day of May, 1992.
