FOR TRACT 13565 - ~ lANDSCAPE AND AI/CHORIZING THE
FII.INGOF A NOTICEOFOC~R~/ONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13565 -
~ Landscape have been cc~plet_~d_ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletion is requ~ed to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, TH~REF-~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, ar~ ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1992.
