WHEREAS, the construction of public improv~ts for the Milliken
Avenue Medians have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~pletion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the w~rk c~plete.

hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the Ccunty Recorder of
