WHEREAS, the City (kxmcil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
oc~sideration an I~ Ac3reement Ekf~nsion executed on May 6, 1992, by
Hix Develo~ as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on Wilsc~ Avenue between Hellman Avenue and Amethyst Avenue; and
~t~EAS, the installation of such i~prc~, described in said
I~ A~ and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
co~junction with the develo~ of said Tract 13930; and
WHt~EAS, said Improvement Aq~eem~nt Extension is secured and
acommpanied by good and sufficient I~ Security, which is identified
in said ~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, q~EFORE, the City Ommcil of the City of Rancho Cu~ does
hereby resolve that said I~ Aqreement Extension and said I~
authc~ized to sign said ~ Aqreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
