A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OC~N~ OF q/4E CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SION AND ~24P~OV~4~2~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13898
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an I~ Agreement Extension executed on May 6, 1992, by
Mizrahi ar~ Say as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the no~ corner of Lemon Avenue and London Avenue; and
WH~tEAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
conjunction with the develo~ of said Tract 13898; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Imp~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~-nt Ac3reement Extension and said Improv~¥~t
authorized to sign said I~ Acjreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest tb~_reto.
