A RESOLUTIC~ OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, C~LTM~NIA, APPROVING IMPROV~]~qT AGPFFM~T
EXT~SION AND ~ S~O/RITY F~R TRACT 13273 -
WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an ~0rov~ment A~re~ment Extension executed on May 6, 1992, by
Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the ~ of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described tbmrein, and generally located on
Milliken Avenue south of Mountain View Drive; and
~5~{EAS, the installation of such impi-ovements, described in said
~ A~t and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ of said Tract 13273 - Pedestrian
WHEREAS, said Im;~m;~e~t A~ Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Im~-ov~k-~nt Security, which is identified
in said ~ Agreement Ex~nsion.
NOW, TM~DRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said lm~ A~reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the ~ are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Imp~-ovement A~ Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
