A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CI~9~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROV//~G IMP~0V~4~T AGR~T
EXT~SIONAND ~ SqDCURITYP0RTRACT 12870
WH~I~%S, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideratic~ an ~ Agreement Extension executed on May 6, 1992, by
Daly Homes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on
the northeast corner of Etiwar~ ~ Avenue and Highland Avenue; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such i~F~oveme~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
co~junction with the development of said Tract 12870; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improu-~m~_nt Security, which is identified
in said ~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does'
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~ Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~ent Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho ~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
