WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 14407, sulm~tted by Lewis
Develc~ Oc~pany, Subdivider, locat_~d_ at the southwest corner of Base T.~ne
Road and Mounta/n View Drive in the Terra vista Planned O~,~nity, was
conditiork311y approved to prepare COvenants, Conditions and Restrictions
(CC&R's) in compliance with stardards established by the City; and
V~S, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of building permits for the proposed develop, said subdivider has
entered into an agreement sukmnitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follc~s:
NC{q, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said A~3reement be and the same are approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same ~ behalf of
said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
