A RESOLUTI~ OF ~ CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~K)
~ SECURITY, AND FINAL MAPSOFTRAC~NOS. 14407

WHEREAS, the Tentative Maps of Tract No. 14407, cons/sting of 114
numbered lots and lot A thru Y and Tract No. 14407-1 consisting of 13 numbered
the ~ corner of Base nine Road and Mountain View Drive have been
su~~ to the City of Rancho Cucam~ by said Subdivider and approved by
said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
and in co~plianoe with the requ/rements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requ~ established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Maps of said Tracts said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement sukmitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient I~t Security, and suhnits for
ap~ said Final Maps offering for dedication for public use the streets
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follc~s:
1. That said I~ Agreement be and the same is
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said l~ Security are accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to ap~ as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. ~hat the offers for dedication and the Fima] Maps
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
