~REAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga approved
Conditional Use Permit 90-37 o~ ~ 21, 1991, subject to certain conditions
which require the review and approval of gradi~ plans prior to issuance of
WHEREAS, Sectic~ 15.12.240 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Municipal
Code requires the posting of security with the City ~rior to the issuance of
grading permits to assure that work to be performed udder the permit, if not
cc~pleted in acccx~lance with approved plans ~ specifications, will be
corrected to elim/nate hazardous conditions; and
WHerEAS, the 'posting of security as a prerequisite to issuance of
grading permits for Conditional Use Permit 90-37 has been met by entry into a
NOW, THEREFC~E, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Lien A~reement, authorizes the Mayor to sign the
same, and directs the City Clerk to record the same in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Be~ County, California.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of tb~ Resolution.
