WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for construction of road improvements in conjunction
with the Calaveras Avenue from Ninth Street to (haffey Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, locat~d_ along the northeast corner portion of the
Guttero parcel, shall be made a part of the Calaveras Avenue frc~ Ninth Street
to Chaffey Alley Project; and
~{~%EAS, Julia Guttero b~ agreed to dedicate a Road ~m~nt to t.he
City for said Im~exfcs.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancb~ Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to acc~ said Improwm~nt Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and d]~ts the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
