THE FrLINGOF A NOTICEOF~ONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public im~-ovements for the Monte Vista
Street /~ Project have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of CU~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRDV~D, and ADOPI~D this 15th day of April, 1992.
