A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~

FOR CC~~ON OF MASTER PIANN~D STO~ DRAIN NOS. 4-N,
4-P AND 4-0 ASSES~q~T DISTRICT 86-2 AND AUTHORIZ~ THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF OC~5~LA~I~ON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ for Construction of
Master Planned Storm Drain Nos. 4-N, 4-P and 4-0 ~ District 86-2 have
been cc~ple~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHERFAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work o~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accept_~d_ and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPII~) this 15th day of April, 1992.
