A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUN~ OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACI/EPITNG THE PUBLIC IMPROV~qTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 11410 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTT.TNG OF A
NOTICE OF O~MPLETION FOR THE WORK
~EREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 11410
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~4EREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~t~01ete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notioe of Completion with the County B~corder of
PASS~D, AP~, and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1992.
