A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/~O

EXI~SION AND ~ S~rdRITY FOR TRA~-T 13566-1

WH~/~S, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga baa for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on April 15, 1992,
by The Caryn Co., as developer, for the im~ of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the south side of S~,.L,~t Avenue between Wardman Bullock Road and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Imp~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13566-1 and -3; and
WHerEAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement s~curity, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, tb~ City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Ac3reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said I~ Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
