A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCTL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ]]~OV~4~T AG~~
EXT~SIONAND ~oROV~TS~JRITYFOR PARCEL MAP 11030
WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on April 15, 1992,
by Lewis Development Company as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically __~_a~cribed therein, and
generally located on the northeast corner of Haven Avenue and Foothill
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agree~_nt and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11030; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
a~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Imp~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~%~FORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agre~ent Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is b~reby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension o~ behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
