A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAN(~O
EXT~SIONAND ~ S~CURITY FOR TRACT 13440
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an Improv~nent Agreement Extensic~ executed on April 15, 1992,
by J.P. Rhoades DeveloFm~_nt as develc~0er, for the i~proven~nt of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northeast corner of Kenyon Way and Lark Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreem~_nt and subject to t_he terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13440; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~ Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
