A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN I~0V~TAGR~T
AND ~ S~CURITY FOR ATRAFFIC SIGNAL FOR PARCEL
MAP 12263
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement sutmtitted by Hughes/Lyon/Milliken
Associates as developer, for the installation of a traffic signal at the
intersection of Milliken Avenue and Kenyon Way; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accc~ed by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. ~nat said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. ~nat said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
