MHIqT O2{qTRACT AND LIfIq AGR~U~qT FRCM ~ R. I3JNA AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ~.FRK TO SIGN ~ SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on F~_bruary 21, 1979, to est~_blish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with kuilding permit
WHEREAS, future construction of street i~ts within the
irrevocable offer of dedication at the northeast corner of Parcel 2 of Parcel
Map 13693 has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement by Steven R. Luna.
NOW, ~7{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
B~ County, California.
