A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY GOUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF ~
C%3C. AMONGA, CAT/FORNTA, APPROVING P~~NO. 13693
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 13693, suk~litted by Steven R. Luna,
Subdivider, and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the north side of
Northridge Drive, west of Haven Avenue was approved by the Planning C~Lm,~ssion
on May 22, 1991, as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in
ommpliance with the requirements of Ord~ No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 13693 is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shc~n on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider suk~its for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineat_~d_ thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, t_he City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follc~s:
1. ~nat the Final Map approved and the city Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
2. ~nat said Parcel Map No. 13693 be and t_he same is
hereby approved and tb~ City Engineer is authorized
for reoord.
