A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

W]ff~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 84-25 accepting a R~al Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement frc~ Alexander and Joyce Frazin; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Re~ords of San Ber~ County, California, on
March 27, 1984, as Document No. 84-670438; and
~, said Real Property Contract ar~ Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, ~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to release said Real Property Improv-~ment Contract and Lien
Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
