A RESOIf3TION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/~O
STUDY AND ISSL~kNCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED ASS~ DISTRICT 84-2 STOt~4 DRAIN REPLA~
AT NORIMERNTERMINUS OF H~MDSAAV~FOE~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Assessment District 84-2
Storm Drain Replacement at Northern Terminus of Hermosa Avenue Project; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality A~t, as amended.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
S~CTION 1: ~ne City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Assessment District 84-2 Storm Drain Replacement at Northern
Terminus of Hermosa Avenue Project.
S~CION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
