A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CAr.TFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A N~GATIVE
D~CIJkRATION FOR THE PROPOSED HAVEN AVI~RFE STORM DRAIN AND
STR~ RECONSTRUCTION AND WID~qING ~ B~ CHURCH
OF HAVEN AV]~FU'E
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Haven Avenue Storm Drain
and Street Reconstruciton and Widening Project between Church Street & Base
Line RDad and Base Line Road east and west of Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed Haven Avenue Storm Drain and Street Reconstruc-
tion and Widening Project between Church Street & Base Line Road and Base l.ine
Road east and west of Haven Avenue.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is d~rected to file a Notice of Determina-
tion pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1992.
