~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMt~TAL
ASS~ INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A NMGATIVE
DEE~ARATION FOR THE PROPOSED HAVEN AVENUE STORM DRAIN AND
STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND WID~qTNG PRCOECT BETWEEN
W/qEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Haven Avenue Storm Drain
and Street Reconstruciton and Widening Project between Foothill Boulevard and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed Haven Avenue Storm Drain and Street Reconstruc-
tion and Widening Project between Foothill Boulevard and Church Street.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Determina-
tion pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
