A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CAT~YFORNTA, APPROVING IMPROVI~4fIgT AGRk~gENT
EXTENSION AND IMPt~D~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 10246
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga bas for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on April 1, 1992, by
JCR Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southwest corner of Haven Avenue and Hillside Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improv~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 10246; and
WHEREAS, said Improv~t Agreement Extension is secured and
acco~anied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
