A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALTFORNIA, APPROVING THE AG~~ ~ CEDAR
VILLAS, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARR~NERSHIP FOR
OF APPROVAL OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
TRACT NO. 14486
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 14486, sukmitted by Cedar
Villas, a California T.imited Partnership, Subdivider, located at 9874 and 9892
Arrow Route, east of Archibald Avenue, ~as conditionally approved to prepare
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) in compliance with standards
est~blishedbythe City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has
entered into an agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Agreement be and the same are approved and the Mayor
is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and cause same to be
recorded upon said execution.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of
April, 1992.
