A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(]~O
CU~, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING THE VACATION
OF A DRAINA/;E EASemENT
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8333, of the Streets and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to ~ily vacate a public service easement hereinafter more particularly
described; and
WHERFAS, the City Council found all the evidence sulmtitted that the
drainage easement shown on Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 10295 is unnecessary for
present or prospective public service purposes because it has been superseded
by relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacating said drainage easement which has been further
described in a legal description which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "C",
and by reference made a part thereof.
SECUION 2: Tb~t from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said drainage easement no longer constitutes a public service easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1992.
