A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGgk~T WITH LEWIS
DEVELOPM~Ff COMPANY FOR POSTPO~ OF APPROVAL OF
COVES, CONDITIONS AND RESTRI~ONS FOR TRACT NO.
13298
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13298, suhnitted by Lewis
Development Company, Subdivider, located on the southwest corner of Milliken
Avenue and Mountain View Drive in the Terra Vista Planned C~,,~unity, was
conditionally approved to prepare Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
(CC&R's) in c~,~liance with standards established by the City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has
entered into an agreement suhnitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
NOW, ~HEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Agreement be and the same are approved and the Mayor
is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and cause same to be
recorded upon said execution.
