A RESOIIII~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "M~I~-
ROOS ~ FACYTITIES ACT OF 1982" SPECIAL TAX, BOND
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (herein-
after referred to as the "legislative body of the local Agency"), has
previously declared its intention and held and conducted proceedings relating
to the levy of special taxes and the issuance of bonds in a co~Lu~unity
facilities district, as authorized pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
'94ello-Roos C~u~nity Facilities Act of 1982", being C~apter 2.5, Part 1,
Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, said
Co~uttunity Facilities District being referred to as COMMUNIgY FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO. 91-1 (VICIORIA COMMUNITY) (hereinafter referred to as the
"District"); and
WHEREAS, said legislative body did call for and order to be held an
election to suk~it to the qualified electors of the District a proposition
relating to the levy of special taxes and the issuance of bonds in the
District and a proposition relating to the establishment of an appropriations
limit for the District; and
WHEREAS, at this time said election has been held and the measures
have been voted upon and did receive the favorable 2/3's vote of the qualified
electors, and this legislative body does desire to declare the favorable
results of the election in accordance with the provisions of the Elections
Code of the State of California.
NOW, THtSIEfORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That this legislative body hereby receives and approves
the CERTIFICATE OF ~.FLTION OFFICIAL AND STATfMENT OF VOTES CAST, as sutmtit~
by the Election Official, said Statement setting forth the number of votes
cast in the election, the measures voted upon, and the number of votes given
for and/or against the measures voted upon. A copy of said Certificate and
Statement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", referenced and so
incorporated.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed, pursuant to the
provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California, to enter in the
minutes the results of the election as set forth in said STATtl~f~ OF VOTES
CAST.
