A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCheD
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRO~
FOR C~3P 89-26 AND AUTHORIZING THE F/T.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 89-26 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve tb~t the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County R~corder of
San Bernardino County.
