A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT 13565-2 STREETS AND AUTHORIZING THE FTTING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13565-2
Streets, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work co~-~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engip~_~r is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
