A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RANCHO
~, CATIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR TRACT 12873 AND AUTHORIZINGTHE FITJNG OF A NOTICEOF
COMPLETIONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12873 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the workccmplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City ofRanchoCucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSSD, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1992.
