A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCI{O
~NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVf~4ENT AGR~
EXT~gSIONAND ~ SfL~3RITY FORTRACT 13351
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~3reement Extension executed on March 18, 1992,
by Lewis Homes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Terra Vista Parkway;
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13351; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
