A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf~O
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPR0V~4EN~ AGR~T
EXT~SION AND IMPRO~ S~CURITY FOR TRACT 12462 -
D~ONBASIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ham for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on March 18, 1992,
by First Family Homes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the south side of Summit Avenue between.East Avenue and Etiwanda
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12462 - Detention Basin; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
