A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A NEW AGg~ FOR
INSTAT.TATION OF PUBLIC IMPRD~ AND RE-DWnICATION FROM
CARY L. YOUF~.L AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLFRK
TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
est~_blished requirements for installation of public improvements along
Nineteenth Street; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb and gutter, street pavement and other
related work, located along the north portion of the Youell parcel shall be
made a part of the Nineteenth Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Youell has agreed to re-dedicate the necessary Road
Easement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said new Improvement Agreement, authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
