A RESOI/3I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGgFFMi~T FOR
INSTALTATION OF PUBLIC IMPRO~ AND D~DICATION FROM
JORGE AND ROSA OROZCO AND AUR/qORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
C~,k~K TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for construction of sidewalk and wheelchair ramp
improvements in conjunction with the Sierra Madre-Ninth Street to 310 feet
south of Chaffey Street Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of a sidewalk and wheelchair ramp and other
related work, located along the eastern and northeastern portion of the Orozco
parcel shall be made a part of the Sierra Madre Avenue-Ninth Street to 310
feet south of Chaffey Street Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Orozco have agreed to dedicate sidewalk and
wheelchair ramp easement to the City for said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Improvement A~3reement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVSD, and ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1992.
