A RESOI/3I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
~, CATIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~HE PUBLIC
FOR PARCEL MAP 12263 AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.ING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 1226"
have been c~L~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHERFAS, a Notice of Completion is re~ired to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve t/hat the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~01etion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
