A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/40
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVt~ENTS
FOR DR 90-05 AND AITI~ORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR R~HE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 90-05 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~toletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPT~Dthis 4thday of March, 1992.
