A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC}{O
CUCAMONGA, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IW3BI~C IMPRO~
FOR DR 87-56 AND AUTHORIZING THE FITING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 87-56 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Co~-~oletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
