A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
~, CALIFORN/3k, ACCEPTING AN AGRF~NT FOR
INSTAT.TATION OF. PUBLIC IMPRO~ AND D~DICATION FRDM
THE C~4URC~ OF THE NAZARENE AND AUTHORIZING ~ MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has estab-
lished requirements for construction of road .improvements in conjunction with
the Calaveras Avenue from Ninth Street to Chaffey Street Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the northwest corner portion of the
Church of the Nazarene parcel, shall be made a part of the Calaveras Avenue
from Ninth Street to Chaffey Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, the Church of the Nazarene has agreed to dedicate a Road
Easement to the City for said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Improvement A~3reement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
