A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCELMAP NO. 13800
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 13800, sutmtitted by Orrin Bros.
Construction Company, Subdivider, and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the
southeast corner of Main Street and Reid Avenue, was approved by the Planning
C~m,~ssion as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance
with the requirements of OrdinanceNo. 28 of said City; and
WHERFAS, Parcel Map No. 13800 is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has met the requirements established as
prerequisite to approval of the Final Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Final Map be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf of
said City; and
2. That said Parcel Map No. 13800 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of
