A RESOLI/fION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TPIE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TH~ PUBLIC I~4PRDV~Y~S
FOR TRACT 10827-2 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF OOMPLETION FOR THEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 10827-2
have been completed tothe satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve t_hat the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of
San BernardinoCounty.
