A RESOII;I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPRO~ AGRR~K~T
EXTENSION AND ]2~mROV~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 12895
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Febl~ary 19, 1992
by Rancho Citiland Development, as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the west side of Baker Avenue between Foothill Boulevard
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12895; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acco~anied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1992.
