A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

AND ]/~P~DV~4E~ S~-T~ITIES FOR DEVELDPM~ REVIEW NO. 89-
12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improv~t Agreement executed on February 19, 1992, by
Albert W. Davies as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on Feron Boulevard, east of Helms Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Cu~,,,,~ssion, Development Review No. 89-12; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and a~ied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improv~t Securities
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
