A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR A STORM DRAIN IN ~
AVENUE FOR RANCHO CUCAMONGA HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Rancho Cucamonga High School suhmit~ by The William Lyon
Company, located on the west side of Rochester Avenue, south of Highland
Avenue is in cu~t~liance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance
No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, the requirements for construction of storm drain in
Rochester Avenue established as prerequisite to approval of construction of
Rancho Cucamonga High School by the City Council of said City have now been
met by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improve-
ment Security by The William Lyon Company as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~t Agreement and said Improvement Security
suknitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and are authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
