A RESOLUTION OF R/qE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(lqO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVE-
~ CONTRACT AND LI~lq AGgE~ENT FROM DAVID AND CYNTHIA
COT IINS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CI.k~RK TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on Febl~ary 21, 1979, to establish requirements for construc-
tion of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, drive approach,
street trees and pavement estm_~lished as prerequisite to issuance of building
permit for 8510 Red Hill Country Club Drive has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improv~t Contract and Lien Agreement by David and Cynthia Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
~x/reement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
