A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~GA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRO~
FOR THE CORPORATE YARD IMPRO~ PROJECT, CONTRACT
CO 88-172, AND AUTHORIZING T}{E F/L/NG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Corporate
Yard Improvement Project, Contract CO 88-172, have been c~mpleted to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cu~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THf~d~qDRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolves, t_hat the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~letion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, APPRDVfD, and ADOPTfD this 5th day of Febln]~, 1992.
