A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CATIFORNIA, ACCEPIqHqG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR PARCEL MAP 11030 - TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICEOFCOMPLETION FOR THEW~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for ParcelMap 11030
- Traffic Signals have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongadoes
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
