A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCMO
FOR PARCEL MAP 9897 AND ALrlT~RIZING THE FTT./NG OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 9897
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Enginee__r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Coi~pletion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of Feb~]m~, 1992.
